Once you've sent us the referral, you can sit back and relax. Our Talent Acquisition team will guide them through our hiring process.

How can I refer someone?
Head over to our referrals hub . There you can enter your referral’s information or copy your unique referral link and share it with multiple people at once. If you need another option, feel free to send us an email at [email protected] [email protected] with your friend’s details.
What information is needed for a valid referral?
We need the referral’s full name, email address, main skill, and LinkedIn URL or CV.
How many people can I refer?
There are no limits. The more people you refer, the better!
Will the candidate know I referred them?
Absolutely! We'll make sure to notify your referred candidate once we receive their information.
Can non-BairesDev employees participate in the referral program?
Of course! We welcome and value your help, whether you are currently working with us or not.
What are the requirements for me to receive the referral bonus?
What are the requirements for me to receive the referral bonus? Your referral hasn't been up for a job here or referred in the last 6 months. Your referral must be hired within a year of your referral and they must stay with the company for at least 3 months. The referral must not be already going through our interview process. When will you pay the referral bonus?
Your bonus will be paid 20 - 40 days after your referral reaches 90 continuous days of working with us.
I’m not a BairesDev employee. How do I get my referral bonus?
A member of our referral team will contact you to make the payment through an international bank transfer or via PayPal.
