Limeade’s human resources platform fosters healthy, functional workplaces. Limeade has been researching predictors of well-being at work since 2006. They use these insights to inform clients about activities, assessments, and surveys that can improve employee well-being.

The challenge.

Limeade ONE combines three human resources solutions into one platform. The mobile-first platform brings together employee well-being, engagement, and inclusion data. They wanted to migrate the app to microservices to scale it faster. They needed a team of back-end engineers and Android and iOS developers to migrate the 3 apps. 

Limeade's software boosts employee engagement through challenges, personalized insights, and notifications. To create a positive employee experience, Limeade needed support to develop the platform analytics. Using their research on predictors of well-being, Limeade required data engineers and Tableau experts to configure the reports. Our professionals joined Limeade to administer the database and generate the reports. These resources were crucial for providing better insights for Limeade's customers.
