About iSeatz

iSeats offers a platform that allows customers to book hospitality experiences using points they’ve earned from credit card companies. Their clients include American Express, Expedia, Air Canada, Avis, and DoorDash. The iSeatz OneView Platform annually processes more than $4B in transactions.

The challenge.

Credit card companies use loyalty point rewards to incentivize spending on credit rather than debit. iSeatz offers a straightforward way for their customers to redeem points. Travel and lifestyle companies partner with loyalty programs to drive growth. iSeatz has a robust portfolio of hospitality partners offering close to  400,000 things to do around the world. Part of iSeatz's offering is matching those hospitality companies with the customers of companies like Amex. 

Credit companies and lifestyle businesses can have complex websites with customized software. iSeatz's OneView AMS and Travel Reward Program integrate simultaneously with the booking systems and loyalty programs. Guests log in to use the iSeatz platform to redeem points with qualifying hospitality partners. We worked to design and connect iSeatz clients' systems to their partners via a central AWS platform.

The solution.

We developed an engine that connects the main travel and hospitality suppliers, such as Expedia, Viator, Hertz, DoorDash, and TripAdvisor, to loyalty programs. iSeatz's new platform serves as the middleman for customers to spend points from companies like American Express, Wyndham, and Visa.
