Talent is everywhere, and at BairesDev we believe everyone should have the same opportunities to foster their abilities and shine. Striving to make a difference to people coming from unfavorable and disadvantaged environments, we are pleased to announce the newest edition of our BairesDev Giveback Program. On this ongoing bi-annual initiative, we partner with our clients and make donations on their behalf to nonprofit organizations (NPOs) helping to bridge the gap between talented individuals and the opportunities they need to thrive.
On each edition, based on a theme chosen beforehand, we prepare a curated list of nominated NPOs that we believe represent our efforts in making a difference for the development of tech talent everywhere and that resonate with our values of inclusion, tolerance, and diversity. At BairesDev, we believe that integral and collaborative efforts in our industry must be made to guarantee sustainable initiatives. Creating awareness around the issues that matter to us amongst our key stakeholders and the community is essential in this process. That is why we eant to reach out to our clients and inspire them with these values, and as a gift for their continuous trust, invite them to get involved in our program by choosing a social initiative to which we will make a donation on their behalf.
Together, we go one step further and actually provide these NPOs with resources that will help lay the groundwork for talent to develop everywhere. By making a donation on behalf of our clients, we are helping to foster the future of the tech industry and the workforce of tomorrow.
Our efforts have not gone unnoticed. The BairesDev Giveback program recently won Bronze in Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year, on the 20th edition of the 2022 American Business Awards given by Stevie Awards. We are very proud to see our initiative recognized by our peers and colleagues. You can read more about it here.

Long-lasting impact for the future of software engineering
Our B-Grants initiative has evolved into our new “BairesDev Giveback Program”, an ongoing initiative which aims at empowering talented people and building spaces where they can shine. Our purpose is clear: to support nonprofit organizations that help promote valuable opportunities for talented people, wherever they may be, and advance the future of tech. It’s our belief that the only way to see positive change is to do our part in providing adequate education and resources. This is the best way to bridge the gaps that prevent underrepresented and underprivileged groups from advancing professionally in the tech industry.
